The NMMA Boat and Yacht Certification programme is owned by the NMMA and goes beyond the minimum USCG standards by ensuring adherence to the American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) Standards.

Although NMMA Boat and Yacht Certification is voluntary it is the best protection against litigation in the USA. The programme is highly recommended!
